By tilting the posts near the back of your mouth at a 45-degree angle, they are able to go further into the jawbone compared to traditional implants. For this reason, bone grafts are typically not needed for this procedure.

Since the titanium posts are compatible with bone, you’ll heal quickly after the procedure. You can expect to receive a temporary denture during the healing process. Once you’ve fully healed and the implants are secured in place, you’ll come in for a second appointment in which your All-on-4 dentist will attach your permanent denture.
